Excellent experience

From the outset of selling our Mum’s home, Alex and Nathan were professional, honest in their advice and skilled in their strategy for selling the home. Excellent communication and updates were provided by Nathan throughout the process of selling. We were also impressed with their team who helped prepare the home for market from renovations to home staging. Nathan was incredibly enthusiastic about our mum’s home and actively engaged throughout the entire sale process and was able to attract many potential buyers. From a seller’s perspective, we truly appreciated that there was never any pressure from Alex or Nathan at any stage of the decision-making process regarding the sale. Alex and Nathan’s negotiations were highly skilled and superior in securing a successful outcome, and we would strongly recommend Alex and Nathan to anyone selling in the St Lucia area.

Schmick marketing, helpful expertise during pre sale preparation

Zacs team produced a nicely stylised marketing package and remained in touch throughout the whole process. We received updates every week immediately following the open homes. Thje other thing Zac did was to assist in getting the home prepared for sale. This is invaluable to people who either dont have the time, or the trade contacts to get the job done. If you are in the 4069 area and want a slick - trouble free campaign, then Zac (and Alex) are the guys for you!
