Upfront, Honest and Straightforward
I had recently relocated to Brisbane from Sydney and was looking for a very specific property. For the last 4 months Canda kept regular contact with me. She went to the effort of knocking on property doors for me and taking the time to really understand what our requirements were without being pushy and intrusive. She did all this with good humour and professionality, even though there was very little on the market. The property we purchased was the first and only house Canda had shown us through (she never attempted to waste our time with properties she knew where not right for us). Canda also respected our budget and intelligence by telling us upfront what she thought the market value for the property was, and what was required to purchase it, without haggling and time wasting to-fro negotiations. Canda secured a deal everyone was happy with, within a couple of hours. Canda is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with. Upfront, honest and straightforward. She gives the impression that she genuinely wants both purchasers and sellers to be happy, with no obvious self-interest at all. She behaves in a very considerate, caring, ethical and professional manner. I trust her judgement completely. In the future I would have no hesitation selling my property through Canda, and would recommend her highly.
