An unexpected experience for a buyer

I am writing this review from the buyers perspective and Daniel Jowitt was the sellers agent. I am writing this review from the buyers perspective and Daniel Jowitt was the sellers agent. To say I was surprise with Daniel's service would be an understatement. I understand the agents job is to ensure the sale of the property by working with both sides to reach an agreement but at the end the day they ultimately work for the seller. In light of this statement at no time did I get this feeling, Daniels approach was genuine and constantly went beyond what was expected of him to address any points of concern and fix points of friction. Between all the parties involved, the bank, two sets of solicitors, the seller and the realestate agency, Daniel was by far the most helpful and valuable part of the process. If I could, I would have taken the money I paid the solicitor and sent it to him because from my perspective he worked a lot harder for my interests than they did. I will be looking no further than Daniel If I ever need to sell my place because at the end of the day I know he would represent my product well and set the conditions for a successful sale. It goes without saying I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone I know.
