After reaching out to Adriana Cameron to discuss the sale of our home, she brought Alex Jordon on board with her. At the first viewing of the property, Alex advised he had the perfect buyer for the property as it fit the brief of a family he already had on his books. As the family was interstate and unable to physically see the property due to the border closures, they did a video call to view the property. The family were interested in the property and sent some friends to view it on their behalf. Within two weeks of the initial meeting a contract was signed for a price that I’m not sure another agent would have been able to achieve. It was all very fast and as seamless as selling a house could be. We were very impressed with the outcome.
