Well over the years I have dealt with a lot of real estate agents and have found Mr Billy Jazz on top of all of them in his truthfulness/professionalism and attention to all detail and in the full knowledge that if you contract him to buy or sell for you that he will act solely for your interests before his own or other third parties. No, I am not related to him, Mr Jazz sold a property for me recently and obtained a sale price that i was very pleased with and was keeping me informed every step.

I was totally impressed with Billy and his team. I did have 3 original appraisals and his was spot on (the other 2 either didn't seem to know the area and current market, or didn't take the time to make sure what they were showing me was relevant) From here in he was always upfront, clear communication, listened, actioned everything timely and very respectful to all parties. I couldn't be more pleased with the process, and i even got way above what i though :)
