We found Billy to be a great agent and we were very impressed with his work. He approached the sale of our property with professionalism, and a great sales strategy that meant the property was sold within a few weeks. Billy kept us informed the entire way - ie. he gave us regular updates on how the open homes went and how many interested parties there were, and provided regular feedback on the follow up work that was done in finding an interested buyer. Billy also worked very well with our tenants who were in the property to ensure the property was well presented for open homes.
