We initiated our sales process through agent finder and received a bunch of replies from various agents whom I'd had brief initial conversations with and from the get go Sam stood out as a straight talking and down to earth person. Sam has exceptional communication skills, patience and very professional demeanour. To be honest I wasn't particularly looking forward to dealing with a realestate agents considering the industry reputation a lot of them have but Sam completely flipped that notion on its head. Jen Anderson and her team worked diligently to sell our unit in Parramatta but it was when approaching settlement that their eye for detail saved the day.
