My family and I were required to move from Regional NSW to Sydney for work at short notice. We looked at a number of properties but unfortunately, missed out on opportunities to bid or purchase due to questionable actions of agents. We were stressed and frustrated for many weeks while living in an Air B&B. I spoke to Rowan who I found to be friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We placed an offer which was accepted after quick negotiation.
