We saw the house very last minute and Brad was great in accommodating us and making it as simple as possible. The whole process was very easy and he patiently explained anything we needed to know. His communication was great and it didn't feel like we were been manipulated or aggressively 'sold to' like other agents do which always puts us off. We would definetaly recommend him and we would use him in the future if we needed to sell.

During covid lockdown Brad worked professionally and conscientiously to sell our house. He achieve the best possible outcome during trying times! It was a bumpy ride and a bit scary for us when our auction passed in (lack of suitable buyers w stay at home orders) but Brad was confident and knew what to do to make the most of the unusual circumstances. He clearly loves his job and the challenges that come with it. Thanks Brad!

Emma's swift response to an online enquiry i submitted was the first sign of her professionalism and outstanding communication skills. Emma also helped with my lack of computer knowledge by bringing around printed out copies of important emails. 5 star service. Any question that i had, Emma had the answers, she also informed me of things that i hadn't even considered. Emma's knowledge of the parramatta district relating to property was exceptional. From the first time Emma contacted me, it took only 5 weeks to get me well over our reserve.
