Best in Class Service - Candid, efficient, agile, creative and effective
Daniel and Amit provided first class service in selling our investment property. They informed us throughout the whole process and provided candid feedback and advice, which is what you want and need. I didn’t have to meddle nor did I feel the need to at any stage. It was a difficult property to sell and attract interest due to the size and shape of the block, but the team strategised and adjusted their approach to attract and secure a buyer from another campaign. The experience was like drinking champagne with this team compared to drinking flat beer with the previous agent (TAG RE - disingenuous, lazy, all hot air, weak character - TAG RE gets going when it gets tough). A tight and well operated team which made sales process easier, faster and bring value to all parties. If you plan to sell - just go to the best in the area. Thanks Amit, Daniel and Team!
