Rowan was very, very helpful in selling my property in Parramatta. I am not based in Sydney so the property sale was largely handled remotely from my perspective. Rowan was great with the initial documentation - market report, agency agreement, furniture staging contract and marketing plan - the help explain the process and set expectations. He was extremely helpful in project managing certain contractors to get the property ready to list - painters, floor installers, and cleaning company - from organising quotes, sorting the strata application, and sending pictures/videos of the completed work. During the sale period, it was really helpful to get weekly reports on the number and types of inquiries, interested parties, number of visitors to manage expectations. Beyond the reports, we also had weekly calls to explain the market interest in my apartment. I thought Rowan did a great job negotiating with me (as seller) and the buyer to agree a price to get the contract signed and exchanged. Rowan is highly responsive to text messages and emails. We would use WhatsApp to have video calls. He has great communication skills. This was especially important to me as I am based in a different time zone and I was selling the property remotely.
