Trusted Advisor
Sam did such a fantastic job selling my property! He was a trusted advisor, a strong communicator, he was thorough, and ultimately he got the best outcome for the sale. He gave me guidance on some small enhancements to make the property to prepare for sale, and he organised the quotes and the work to be done, including providing workers access. I tried to sell through another agent a year and a half prior, and Sam did a MUCH better job and attracted way more buyers and offers. So grateful!!

Willing to go the extra mile.
Sam has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Very aware of the market, willing to go the extra mile to get the deal done, even if that means doubling his own workload to ensure the sale goes ahead. I would recommend Sam to anyone I know personally if they were in the position to sell or buy. 20+ years of hard work behind him and it showed in the way he led our campaign.

Responsive, reliable, transparent and a great communicator
Rowas is a great communicator, frequently providing updates and checking in along the way. He moved incredibly fast and was proactive through the process, from the initial proposal, the research and valuation, through to the final negotiation. Above all, he was transparent and managed our expectations well by not overstating the value in a proposal. Rowan delivered a quick outcome that we were happy with and whilst most of this has alot to do with the market, it was made easier by Rowan's hard work.
