Amit Nayak gave us an undertaking when we engaged McGrath to sell our Family home "I will not let you down, Frank & Annie". We had a short campaign of two weeks, with 6 inspections. Although 10m buyers took contracts, only two showed genuine interest. However, on the Friday before the Auction, one of the Buyers dropped out and we were staring at an auction with a single bidder. Team Nayak had campaigned vigorously all the way through but this was a setback, even for them. However, Amit and his Team hit the phone that evening and rang every prospective buyer and managed to get four buyers to register on Auction Day. That was amazing! The Auction was dramatic and Auctioneer Anthony blew us with a initial opening bid which met our immediate needs and the property finally sold above our Reserve. We believe in God but it still required energy, arms and legs to do what Amit and his Team did. We are grateful to Amit and cannot find sufficient words of praise for him and his Team. This is an outstanding result for us and it was sheer determination, perseverance and self-belief in his abilities that Amit was able to deliver on his promise. He is a remarkable Agent.
