I was referred Rowan’s details and recently just used his services to sell a 1 bed apartment that I owned in Rosehill. Rowan was able to help me sell it easily and efficiently within the timeline that he promised and within the asking price range that he said it would sell for. Rowan was extremely proactive in his approach, he kept me well informed throughout the sale without me having to chase for updates once. I am also based in Canada, so he had to deal with very difficult time differences in dealing with me but he did not let that get in his way.
