A Capable Agent with Room to Grow

I recently worked with Mortazza as my selling agent and overall had a positive experience. He visited the property, provided a market appraisal, and actively assisted with running the marketing campaign — which was handled well. There were a few hiccups along the way that required me to escalate to his principals to get resolved. While this wasn’t a major issue, I feel Mortazza could benefit from being a little more prepared and proactive in getting ahead of potential problems before they arise. One of his biggest strengths is being part of Amit Nayak’s team — that association speaks volumes and is a real advantage. He is clearly a capable operator and easy to work with. I’d give Mortazza a 4 out of 5. There are a few areas to polish, but the fundamentals are solid and I would recommend him to any seller looking to sell their property.
