The A Team !

James’ knowledge of the Avalon market combined with his calm, genuine manner made us feel we had put our Avalon home in the right hands from the outset of our 4 week campaign. It sold before auction for above our reserve despite a relatively flat market, and we were very happy. James kept us informed and reassured us when an interested party or two fell through and he certainly came through with the goods. He and Lauren are the A Team! We’d definitely recommend them.
