We had a great experience with McGrath when we sold 6 years ago at the height of the market so had no doubts about who we would use when we decided to sell again . A week after we put our house on the market the market crashed and we lost 10% of our homes value overnight. If you want to know what makes a truly outstanding agent it’s what you experience in the lows not just the highs. James and Adrian managed the situation head on. No fluff. No stringing us along. A real plan of what we needed to do. It was hard, there was so much money and emotional investment in our home but we had to change course literally overnight . James was the lead agent and over the following 5 months remained a constant source of professionalism , kindness and wisdom. We didn’t ‘have’ to sell so we were lucky but we decided, because of personal logistics , to continue with the campaign. I’ve lost count of the amount of phone calls, texts and emails that we sent in and out of hours to James over those 5 months. And I’ve lost count of the amount he answered, every single time. We felt he was really on this journey with us and he somehow , god knows how , balanced always being respectful of our frustrations whilst also keeping us on track and grounded.
