I have lived in Nelson Bay area for 12 years and have sold two properties with O’Meara’s Real-estate. Both occasions Scott Craig has been the agent representative and I could not be any more satisfied with his engagement or expect anymore from him.
Scott’s knowledge of the local area and current market is sound and exercises his professionalism with no end. Scott will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear, which I think is essential when you are trying to sell your home and not waste money or anyone’s time.
