It's hard to put into words just how kind and caring Scott has been with us in the lead up to and during the on sale period (which by the way was only 3 days). His market knowledge of the area was spot on and the selling price we achieved exceeded our expectations. He kept us informed along the way and calmed me down when my stress levels were running high. Scott is a true professional and I would like to thank him and the O'Meara team (with a special mention for Caiden) for the wonderful job they did for us. I couldn't recommend Scott more highly.

Scott Craig is exceptional at his job. Selling our much loved family holiday unit due to illness was tough however with Scott's sensitivity to our situation , professionalism and knowledge of the market conditions he was able to deliver a great result. We first worked with Scott some 2 years ago when, at that time, we thought we would like to buy an apartment in Nelson Bay. He listened carefully to our needs and showed us an number of properties - but in the end we didn’t find the right property. Scott stayed in touch with us via his weekly email market update, so when we did find the right property further up the NSW north coast, we called Scott immediately. He quickly provided a property assessment and we listed with him to sell our Corlette home. He achieved the sale very promptly and efficiently and in a COVID safe way.
