Down-to-earth, fair dinkum agent

Scott speaks English, not real estate jargon or sales spruik. He provides clear, objective information about the property, without pressure or coercion. Scott is down-to-earth and fair dinkum. We unintentionally mucked Scott around for 3 months, after our broker had said our finances were approved, due to a seemingly never-ending list of banking complications. We were definitely infuriated with the broker; and Scott must’ve been totally frustrated with us but he never said a word. He was understanding and supportive. He maintained his posture and always presented a friendly, courteous and professional demeanour. Other agents would have written us off as “tyre kickers”, and given up on us as “time wasters”. But Scott stuck to us like glue. Even when other interested parties started giving competitive offers, Scott gave us the benefit of the doubt and allowed us time to obtain the finance which had been promised to us months before. It’s only due to Scott’s resilience, tenacity and patience that we’ve been able to complete the purchase of the excellent quality unit at Salamander Bay. Thank you Scott. You definitely worked harder than you’ve probably ever worked on other sales to get us over the line. Based on the above experiences, we’re very confident in inviting Scott to now manage the rental of the unit.
