Michael has operated Century 21 (C21) at Nelson Bay for over 20 years. He knows the Port Stephens market very well. We agreed on a target price knowing of similar properties being offered at the same time. Michael understands how to discuss value with prospective purchasers in a competitive market. My role as the vender went further that just waiting for C21's updates. I actively resolved some questions that came via the agent and my conveyancer relating to Strata details and Port Stephens Council about to tree removal rules.
