He then continues to get to know you, listens to your input and questions, why you are wanting to sell and want you want to achieve in the process. Matt will give you a run down on the service he provides through the Mcgrath platform and then tailors the process to maximise the value of your property to the market through the program agreed to, by you the vendor. As people, sometimes we get a little impatient and question the Tradie, Agent or Doctor as to what's happening and where are we up to, which is fair call at times.
