For a variety of reasons we went with a couple of non Sans Souci based agents first. After much wasted time and effort with many low ball offers we pulled the pin and handed it to Liam from Mc Graths. The difference was amazing and evident almost immediately. I wish I had done that from the start. No crap, no games, no mucking around he is as professional as it gets. He never tried to convince or pressure us to accept some low offer.
