It is with great pleasure and confidence to recommend Liam TSAPRAZIS of McGrath Sans Souci to any potential seller/ vendor. Liam recently sold my apartment and during the process, I discovered Liam (whom I never met previously) to uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in his profession. Liam was able to achieve premium price for me in an adverse circumstances. Soon after my apartment was placed on the market, there was an increase in interest rate, my strata levy was raised by extreme amount of 80 per cent and the market was very slow. Despite all the negativity, Liam worked tirelessly and passionately to achieve a premium price. I have bought and sold many properties previously and therefore have had experiences with many different agencies. I confidently can assume McGrath of Sans Souci with the representative of Liam is second to none. ALL THE BEST LIAM TSAPRAZIS AND YOUR TEAM! A BIG THANK YOU! And keep up the good work! CHEERS!

Before engaging Liam, we had a long list of questions ready for him before he could sell a house that's dear to our heart. He answered "the test" in flying colours, instructed him to sell to a family who would love it as much as we did at a price that was fair, and he did, in record time and no stress to us whatsoever. HIghly recommend!
