Having had experienced disappointment 2yrs ago with another agency my parents were disheartened finding an agent that met their expectations. Hence, I set about finding the needle in a haystack. One might say the market is buoyant anyway but that alone would not have achieved the result. I wanted more than just a good sale price for my parents. Trent was professional, methodical, extremely experienced, kept my parents well informed multiple times a week and also provided the buyers with a good experience which was equally important to us.
