Highly Recommended!!!
Liam remained courteous and professional throughout the entire transaction whilst also making me feel that I was his priority. Overall, no negatives, great to deal with, punctual, an excellent communicator, highly motivated and keen to get the job done. I would absolutely recommend Liam's services to anyone wishing to buy or sell in the Sutherland Shire!

Liam Tsaprazis - an outstanding real estate agent?
My sister, as well as one of her neighbours, each previously engaged Liam to sell their respective properties. As a result of my sister's very positive experience with Liam at that time, we recently engaged him to sell a property we owned. Liam is truly an extraordinarily outstanding real estate agent. As was previously the case for my sister, we found Liam to be the consummate professional, as well as honest (including about the value of the property and likely sale price), ethical, thorough, supportive and reliable. Further, Liam was always readily available to speak with, and consistently very approachable and personable. Liam is certainly very knowledgeable about the real estate market, understands the art of communication and is very skilled at his craft. He seems to consistently ‘work his magic’ for his clients. And, in addition to all of the above, in each of the three sales referred to above, Liam achieved a considerably higher sale price than that expected (based on the real estate market at the time). Unbelievable! As a result of our very positive experience with Liam, my sister and I never hesitate to refer other potential sellers. A very big thank you to Liam from my sister and me!

Combination of expert advice and integrity
Incredibly knowledgeable of the local market and highly professional approach. Strong and consistent communication as the campaign progressed. Most importantly Liam is an agent of high integrity - he gave us realistic and measured advice which helped us make the right decision in relation to a decision to purchase before we had sold. Great support throughout the entire process
I have now bought a house through Liam and now sold my own house through Liam. I would not use anyone else. As a vendor he was in touch with me every day on updates and supported me throughout the entire process. High recommended.

Our experience with Liam was fantastic.
Liam is a great communicator, knows the local area very well and is very engaged in his role. Liam was very helpful in our pursuit of a new house and worked hard to make the sale happen. I would recommend Liam to anyone wanting to either sell their house or purchase one. I am now selling my house with Liam because of the great experience we had purchasing a house through him.
