Liam proved to be the perfect agent for my property. During a time of low auction clearances Liam took the property to market and achieved a great result. I would recommend Liam to all prospective Vendors as he has an intimate knowledge of the area, property and negotiation.

We were very pleased with how Liam communicated with us during of the sale of the property. Numerous phone calls per week were the norm, with constant updates by SMS as well. There was ample time to prepare the home for viewing by prospective buyers. During our weekly meetings he told us of statistics on how many views we had on the Internet both on Real Estate.com and Domain.com. and Facebook. He would also summarise the emails and enquiries as to interest shown. Our property was a difficult one to sell due to its Heritage listing under the Local Government, but Liam would highlight the potential of the property being Heritage and the many advantages going with it. Unfortunately most buyers were only interested in rebuilding multiple buildings on the large block we had. But eventually Liam found the right person who appreciated the property for what it was. We would highly recommend Liam and his team of professionals who did a great job. Thank you to all at McGrath Real Estate.

We are so delighted that we chose Trent Tarbey to respresent our property for sale. The property had record numbers of groups at inspections and it was sold at auction. He is very knowledgeable about the area and what the market will be prepared to pay. He was in constant communication with us about feedback and updates, the video and brochures looked great and most of all he was a pleasure to deal with. I genuinely felt cared about throughout the journey. I can't recommend Trent highly enough.
Trent Tarbey
My wife and I worked with Trent to sell our investment villa and really can’t say enough good things about Trent. Trent is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, honest and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). Trent answered every question and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Selling a property in this market is challenging, but working with Trent made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend Trent. Keep up the great work mate.

Liam was incredible to work with! He knew how nervous we were to sell our home and made sure the whole campaign ran as smoothly as possible, right down to the auction. He gave us regular updates, kept us informed with any changes in the market and addressed any concerns we had. We are so grateful for his expertise and knowledge as we got the result we wanted! Sold! Thank you Liam and his team for an incredible experience.
