Tenacious and great communicator
Liam was great in keeping me regularly informed often on a daily basis as to interest in my property. He communicated offers to me speedily and came back to me very promptly when I had queries. He remained upbeat/ positive in challenging times and offered a plethora of diverse strategies to sell my property. Strong result
The Vendors asked me to co-ordinate the sale of their townhouse as they had recently placed a deposit on a smaller apartment which was close to Completion. Time was ticking and I had no hesitation but to turn to Liam. Liam has a great knowledge of the area, does his homework, and effectively goes through each detail with the Vendors. We were able to agree on styling, marketing campaign and sales programme to suit the Vendors needs. Despite an enigmatic market Liam was able to achieve a strong result for the Vendor. The townhouse sold on Auction day which was a huge relief to the Vendors. Liam acts for the Vendors interests always and I'd be hard pressed to use any other agent based on my experience.
