Great experience with Luke, the previous agent had been able to get a contract in 2 months of advertising, from the 1st week with Luke I received genuine interest. The marketing plan was clearly communicated with the pros and cons of the various options. Luke helped us through every step of the buying process. He is an excellent communicator and and responded to all of our questions and requests quickly and professionally. Luke brought our sale to a great conclusion in super-quick time, which was perfect for us and the vendors. He always went the extra mile - like making iPhone videos on how to work the key codes and pool equipment. We refer to these over again as we settle into the house - super useful!
