Kieran gave an objective and genuine appraisal of the property value. He was very professional in marketing my property and appraising potential buyers of the property's true market value. I believe that Kieran achieved a selling price that was a win for the buyer and a win for me as the seller.

Our property was unique in that it is a Conservation 1929 home with an additional two story Heritage Listed Coach House Circa 1881 at the rear, in a livable condition. Kieran understood these special features and made positive suggestions in the marketing to gain an acceptable sale price. Additionally, he inspired his staff who were also very friendly and professional.

It was our second time Aaron dealt in selling our house. We say 110% hard working team, Aaron and Alana, handled in such an efficient professional knowledge and friendly manner with all the time table prepared and worked/followed on time table, showing us of his strategy planned and handled, hence, we could see where we were at every stage. Of course we have worked 110%, listening to Aaron's professional advice to make our house presentation perfect. We were so happy whatever we could improve our old house, turning to such a beautiful home, and we had prepared for the auction whatever the result would be. Well, as the result, it was amazing result that the final auction price came up $145000 over the reserved, obviously the Auctioneer did such a wonderful job, with sparkle strong voice with friendly talk. We would be continuously telling our friends that we should listen to the professional advice, not act with your own favourite and judgment. We would be, no hesitation, rather with our proud, recommending Aaron and his team to the people who are seeking an agent for selling/buying property.

I could not fault my experience with Kieran. The entire process was made SO easy, He was so honest and professional which took all the pressure off us. His team kept the experience of buying our first home enjoyable as we were able to offer our best offer without pressure and saved us from the stress of auction. The team were wonderful at accommodating all of last minute inspections and prompt with replying to all correspondence. The finer details of the experience did not go unnoticed as Kieran left my 2 year old daughter her very own fairy in the garden after she spent all the inspections looking for fairy’s in the garden. It was a really kind and thoughtful touch. I would have no hesitation hiring Kieran and his team if I was to ever sell my home.
