On meeting Kieran we felt at ease with his personality, and we felt he was treating us like a friend rather than a salesperson. Based on his sales success we were happy to go with his sales campaign for the sale of our investment unit. It would go to auction in 4 weeks, rather than be on the market for an unknown time. Kieran and his team of Sharyn and Roger did a wonderful job getting potential buyers, liaising with the tenant, and keeping us well informed. And after 2 very successful open houses we accepted an offer prior to the auction that exceeded our expectations in this troubled time of Covid-19.
