I was lucky enough to meet Aaron almost 2 years ago at another open house and even though that house wasn't the right match for my husband and our family Aaron still kept in contact with us, to help us find a home. We went to many many open houses and auctions with no luck. What was fantastic to see was that Aaron wasn't only just leading us to McGrath properties he was happy to help us with any property that was on the market. Once my husband and I were lucky enough to find a house to call our new home, we took no second guesses in asking Aaron to sell our old place. He was approachable, honest and nothing was ever a problem or an inconvenience to him. When we are ready again to start looking for another new home or even an investment property, I will not hesitate to contact Aaron to work with him or his wonderful team again. Thank you for all your help during this crazy time for us.

My husband & I unreservedly recommend & thank Angelo, & his team at McGrath, for an amazing effort that sold our property! Everyone was friendly, professional, and so encouraging ,& supportive. At the beginning, I phoned 6, maybe 7, other agents, then met with 4. We definitely made the right decision! Throughout the entire sale process Angelo was so helpful,approachable, & his advice knowledgeable. And now proven Correct.! We sincerely Thank him for his dedicated, hard work, & long hours. This is a challenging review to write as I want to give a fair and accurate review of my dealings with Aaron Bird, McGrath's St George and the McGrath's name. I ranked Aaron's Market Knowledge, credibility and negotiations in the low band. Unfortunately this reflects poorly on an otherwise likeable and helpful young man who I judge is doing his best within the constraints placed upon him by his obligations to the McGrath's name. Aaron probably has good market knowledge but this was not evident in the price quoted to me for the property, hence on credibility and negotiation skills I have ranked him low. I am disillusioned with the McGrath brand. I have dealt with to 2 different McGrath agencies whilst looking for a property. On both occasions I have felt that the price bracket quoted by the agencies has been below the true value of the property. This has been proved correct by the price realised at auction for the properties. In one case (not the property I purchased) the property sold for over $100k more than the top figure quoted by the agency. I am not experienced in valuing properties but even I could see on first visit that the property's would realise more than was being quoted to me and others by McGrath's. I am told under quoting the price is suppose to be illegal but most of all it frustrates and puts buyers to unnecessary expenses. It also results in prices being hiked up and some parties going in over their financial limits. Fortunately I had worked out before the auction what I was prepared to pay for the property I purchased through Aaron so I have not been financially stressed. The underbidder who was being encouraged to bid further in the $100's to secure the property by the auctioneer was obviously in over his limit. Not a good experience but I did like Aaron and wish him well.

Our dealing with Aron was in the context of a purchaser while he was the selling agent representing the owner. At all times through the negotiations he was able to support his position due to his extensive knowledge of the market which he had obviously acquired over an extended period of time. He was prepared to make whatever time was required to bring the matter to a close leading both parties to a win win conclusion. His friendly and professional approach were greatly appreciated by my both my wife and I. We would have confidence in recommending him or engaging him in the future.

We have no hesitation in recommending Angelo to anyone seeking an agent to handle the sale of their home. In every detail Angelo was most diligent and at no time were we left in doubt as to the situation in hand, he kept us fully informed before during and after the the auction, his advice was offered without pressure and proved to be excellent and in our best interest with a final outcome much better than expected. If ever we needed to sell again Angelo would be our only choices
