All of Linda Yu's staff are 100% professional, working seamlessly together to give both seller and buyer confidence in the sale. Linda understands people as well as the market and is realistic in negotiations. When the buyer is ready to exchange, the buyer may be lucky enough to have McGrath staff come directly to the buyer to go through the process. My experience as buyer has been that I was treated with the same courtesy and co-operation as the seller. I was particularly impressed when McGrath staff put up warning signs to unknown car owners who were taking advantage of an empty garage space during the sale period. This enabled me to park in my own garage on settlement day. And, the icing on the cake after settlement was when a huge and wonderful picnic box was personally delivered to me at home. Linda has a team which enjoys giving good service. If I ever wanted to sell again, I would definitely go and see Linda Yu.
