Zak Abdallaoui & Hurstville Grove

We appointed Zak as our agent after comparing him to several other local agents and initially on the recommendation of our neighbors who had sold their home through Zak 10 months earlier. Over the marketing and sale period we got to know Zak quite well and soon realised that you couldn't wish for a nicer agent, which given the reputation of the industry is quite an accomplishment. Aside from his expert knowledge of the area, his friendly and relaxed manner made the whole sale process much easier than expected. In the end we received a very good price for our house which was due a lot to Zak's professional input. We would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Zak to anyone considering selling their property, unless of course my wife adopts him as a second son first.
