Great experience, I felt like the sale of my home was in the best of hands with Daniel
Daniel Cook has a vast amount of knowledge and experience selling homes on the North Shore. I knew his great reputation as an agent before I put my home in St.Ives on the market, so for me, Daniel was the obvious choice of agent to sell my property. He is attentive and a very good communicator. He gave me regular progress updates and dealt with all aspects of the marketing and sale of my home with total professionalism. I would highly recommend Daniel to any prospective vendors.

Professional and an excellent communicator from listing to sold
Daniel and his colleague Michael were exemplary in the execution and sale of our St Ives house. Daniel understood our sales brief and left no stone unturned when it came to client liaison and advice. We followed his recommendations and secured a good price for our house. There was not one moment we did not feel he was working hard for us and this was reflected in the excellent sales result. I was particularly thankful after each inspection and within 30 minutes of the inspection end time Daniel would call us with a run down on the outcome of the open house. Very impressive. We had two offers on the house before au too. And accepted the third offer the day before the auction. Thank you to the team.

Fantastic experience - exceeded expectations!
Daniel and the team at R&W St Ives were absolutely fantastic when it came to selling out 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor apartment in St Ives. Daniel was a pleasure to deal with, his knowledge of the market is exceptional and the outcome of the sale exceeded our expectations - not to mention we sold within 6 days!
