Hello fellow renters I am leaving a review in favour of the of the tram at McGrath Strathfield and especially GABRIELLE MALOOF AN ABSOLUTELY SEAMLESS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Sent an enquiry on the realestate app for an apartment and was contacted by Gabrielle which in a couple hrs she contacted me she asked me when would I like to she the apartment I replied with I’m very busy and don’t have much time but I am very interested her response was I can work around you really??? Wow ok could I do tomorrow late afternoon she said great she then said would you like to see it today keeping in mind it was 4,55 pm I said I would love to but I am actually just about to go inside for and inspection now at $$$$ she said well if you would like I can meet you after your finnshed at that one would 5:15 pm work for you AGAIN WOW WHEN DO R/E agents EVER DO THAT! I was fantastic I will be there hung up she sent me the address straight away And met me there for a private inspection I sill couldn’t believe this was happening I said I would like to apply she had me approved and onboarded in a day and half there was very little work on my side nd her commutation was amazing Team don’t bother with any one else it’s not worth the stress go to the best
