From start of our intention to sell the unit till the completion of the sale, he was readily available at all times to advise on the following : - on the works that need to be done, and it was implemented to improve the presentation of the unit, before it was put up into the market - on the market price, that we as owners should need to consider and - on legal matters regarding the sale of the unit. We are proud to say that the sale price met our requirements, and we had a prospective buyer within two weeks after the unit was put for sale on the market.
