Paul Tartak was immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions. Paul and his team were as prepared as professional as in the field and answered promptly for most questions and concerns. Paul was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the buyers, and kept us informed on a daily basis. I am writing today to review McGrath Strathfield agent Tarun Sethi and his co-listing agent Jesse Antaky. Both men were excellent communicators throughout the process, up front and on target with expected costings for the marketing campaign and set a realistic end sale price expectation from the beginning as well. Over the course of the open homes, we were provided with up front feedback, kept up to date with all inspections, contracts sent out and any offers that came through prior to auction. In the lead up to auction day and on the day itself we had great communication from both Tarun and Jesse, with Tarun in particular giving us some great advice during the course of the auction that enabled us to achieve the desired result in the end. I'd highly recommend and have already recommended them to a number of other people and would have no hesitation in engaging them again in years to come!
