What can we say about Niki, Wow! She has been amazing through the entire process of us selling our house right from our first tentative steps 12 months ago to finally going ahead with putting the house on the market about 7 weeks ago. She was never more than a phone call or text message away, nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always checking up on us just to make sure we were ok. Her knowledge and advice were always spot on and her dedication to something she obviously loves doing shone through all the time. Firstly a "BIG" Thankyou goes out to James Kim , this home was just meant to be ours again, we say that because it was our parents home over 40 years ago and so in many ways it was very sentimental. We got off to a rocky start mainly because 3 agents were assigned to the sale and it made things a little complicated & confusing as to whom to contact & liaison with ...but as soon as James took charge on his own it was totally smooth sailing from there on to the very end. We have to commend James on his professionalism and good character , he kept us up to date working effortlessly even into late evenings at times. He didn't beat around the bush so to speak and advised as of how everything was " actually " coming along on a daily basis even though he is still a young gun we have no doubt he has a bright future in Real estate. Our daughter is over the moon she can finally bring up our grandchildren in a beautiful home and cant wait to move in. Thanks for all your efforts James , you made the hassles of buying a home so much less painful 🙂

We were lucky enough to meet Ania and Niki at the very first unit we looked at over 12 months ago. From the day we met them I think we always knew that when the time came to put our house on the market they would be our go to. Whenever we saw the girls they were always so helpful but never to the point of being pushy. Once we did decide to put our house on the market they were just amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they kept us up to date all the time, gave us great advice all through the process. When they brought their colleague James into the picture, he we just as awesome as the girls. We cant thank all 3 of them enough for all their help and guidance through this whole process. You can see the passion they have for their jobs and the people they are dealing with, they work extremely hard for their clients to get the best for them.
