Firstly a "BIG" Thankyou goes out to James Kim , this home was just meant to be ours again, we say that because it was our parents home over 40 years ago and so in many ways it was very sentimental. We got off to a rocky start mainly because 3 agents were assigned to the sale and it made things a little complicated & confusing as to whom to contact & liaison with ...but as soon as James took charge on his own it was totally smooth sailing from there on to the very end. We have to commend James on his professionalism and good character, he kept us up to date working effortlessly even into late evenings at times. He didn't beat around the bush so to speak and advised as of how everything was " actually " coming along on a daily basis even though he is still a young gun we have no doubt he has a bright future in Real estate. Our daughter is over the moon she can finally bring up our grandchildren in a beautiful home and cant wait to move in. Thanks for all your efforts James , you made the hassles of buying a home so much less painful 🙂
