After meeting with David and hearing that he would be personally be handling and promoting the property sale, I decided to commit to his proposal. He gave what we concluded was a realistic marketing plan, price range and time frame for the sale of the property. He persevered with the marketing plan and kept us informed throughout the marketing process. The sale was within his indicated price range. I have been very satisfied with the experience from the beginning.

Matt was relentless chasing me to the point of testing my patience. I don't think he believed I knew what I wanted and had the cash. Obviously he did a good job for the vendor! Having said that he was helpful in sorting out some wrinkles with the stove in the apartment and in facilitating the pre-settlement inspection.
