What a great Agent!!
Mark is amazing and his Real Estate experience is undeniable. Mark is a straight to the point, no games Agent. His commitment is reflected in the attention to detail when showcasing a new listing. He is very knowledgeable, professional and is constantly working around the clock no matter what time I would call. This is not the first time I have worked with Mark, and it certainly will not be the last. On every occasion when dealing with a property the stress was removed because Mark ensured everything ran seamlessly. He is consistently accessible, and no question or query was ever unanswered, he communicates clearly and has made the multiple processes easy. What an asset to have Mark as a Real Estate agent, and what a joy it is to work with him. I would absolutely recommend him if you are looking to sell a property.

From the time we first met Tracey she was determined to source the best deal possible in a very volatile market. Tracey told us what we needed to hear not what we wanted to hear. A very positive experience
Excellent knowledge of the market in Parkwood. A very experienced Real Estate Agent. Sensible (slightly conservative, which was good) estimate of potential sale price. Managed the sale of a property that had tenants with a current lease very well. Very hard working. Good negotiator. Very open and up front, yet I never felt pressured. Ultimately, the sale price achieved exceeded our expectations.

Genuine, skilled, no BS agent!
It’s an agents job to get the best for their vendors but we found Mark genuinely invested in making sure we as buyers equally got the best outcome. We have bought/sold three properties over the years and Mark is the best agent we have dealt with. Genuine, no BS, and knows his stuff. Always prompt at returning calls/messages, and more importantly just kept in contact with regular updates throughout the process. Couldn’t recommend him more highly. We would def use again in the future!

Very trustworthy, knowledgeable, experienced and highly motivated.

Honest, Professional & Reliable
We purchased our property & sold our property with Mark. He has extensive knowledge of the local area/market & is happy to share it with you. He is always available & nothing is too hard.
