If you need to sell a house, this is the women to sell it for you, you will not be disappointed. Hands down, Tracey is the most efficient, approachable, professional yet friendly realestate agent I have ever come across. Her communication is second to none, every step of the way she let us know what was going on and what to expect so there where no surprises. She was upfront and honest about everything right from the start, so our expectations were realistic. She went above and beyond our expectations regarding communication. She would call and ask if there was anything else we needed, called just to check in, and called after everything had gone through and it was all finalised. She has the best communication I’ve ever seen from a realestate agent. She goes above and beyond and we very much appreciated that given we don’t live in the same city we sold our house in. The best agent we have ever seen. You won’t regret using Tracey!

We recently sold our property through McGrath's and Tracey Ransom could not be faulted. The property was not your typical home and therefore required some creative thinking. Tracey was able to provide sufficient evidence for our price point and explain the approach she believed was the best fit to achieve a successful outcome. Despite some curve balls that came our way, Tracey persisted and remained determined for the sale. Her communication throughout the process was honest and factual and she ensured that we were in the loop at all times. Tracey is an experienced and incredibly knowledgeable agent who I am quite sure lives and breathes property. I am confident that Tracey's work ethic, professionalism, tenacity and principles will far exceed any expectations you may have. If it were possible I would give her 10 stars!
