Mark was very helpful, and easy to communicate with. He was able to meet with both seller and buyer in an unbiased manner, and that showed. Very realistic, and doesn't promise the world if he thinks he cant deliver. Our sale could have gone south, and Marks efforts appeared to hold it up for a result.

Mark is a great agent. Mark is different to a lot of agents as he communicates regularly, consistently and in a balanced way. He is honest and open with you as the vendor and you always feel like he is working for you, not the buyer. We had a 12 month process to sell and Mark never relented- he got the job done.
