As good as they get!!

Friendly and very good negotiating a complete deal.
We not only wanted to sell our home but to be able to rent it back after settlement untill our new home is completed. Trevor was able to find this buyer and negotiate our requirements all within a couple of weeks. We would recommend Trevor to any potential buyer or seller.

I have no reservations in commending Dianne as the consummate real estate professional
Dianne was very generous with her time and knowledge during my renovations over about 2 years, so much so that I had no hesitation in appointing her to sell my property. Her feedback on open houses and direct enquiries was timely and succinct. Her recommendation to not elicit any pre auction offers concerned me at first but proved to be spot on with a sale price 25% above my reserve. I have no reservations in commending Dianne as the consummate real estate professional.
