Commitment
Stephanie from day 1 attended to our every need. In a process like this most importantly she listened to what our needs were and her communication was first class. It was also quite apparent just how passionate she was about selling our home and we both felt we really had someone on our side!Furthermore, she had a most pleasant personality which made it a lot easier with a few laughs along the way.

Always Professional
Dean always kept us in the loop about the sale of the property. We had no issues in contacting him with any question big or small. He provided timely feedback after each open home. Unfortunately the selling price was lower than we first expected due to market fluctuations which where out of everyone's control. Overall great service and professionalism was provided during the sale of the property.

Steph was a pleasure to deal with from our initial meeting right through to our sale. Steph was always professional, always replied to calls/sms/email in a very timely manner. We had issues with some buyers and finance approvals but that didn’t stop us getting the outcome we wanted. We got our target price, and in the time frame we wanted.

Such a easy smooth process!
As first home buyers this wasn’t an easy choice we actually looked for months on end feeling uneasy every time we walked out of a house, Until we came across this one! Dean was flexible showing us through what felt like once a week for over a month or two, We felt so comfortable putting the offer in and didn’t feel uncomfortable asking him for advise on things we were unsure of, Couldn’t of improved the experience if we tried!
