I knew Adrian was the right agent for us after attending several open houses. My reason for attending open houses was to get a feel for the market and see how our property we were going to sell compared. I entered each open home, really guarded, not really wanting to talk to the agent or discuss my plans for the sale of our property. That was until I entered an open Adrian was holding. I can't really put my finger on what it was, I just felt comfortable and at ease and was happy to have a chat and talk about our plans to sell. It was that moment that I thought, if he can get me to talk and open up about our plans, then he is going to be able to really find out what potential buyers are looking for and make them feel comfortable with the buying process. Due to Adrian knowing his buyers he had someone in mind who he thought our house may suit. Photos were taken on Monday night, Adrian bought the buyer through on Tuesday and the home was under contract on Wednesday.
