If you are looking to actually SELL a home in Swansea, not just LIST it and have it sit there with a FOR SALE sign out the front, then I recommend Neil Fry. We sold our house through Neil and it didn't even get to the stage of requiring a sign out the front. Neil used his network of contacts (which include a very extensive database of Sydney buyers) to achieve a quick, uncomplicated sale for us at the price we wanted. (This, by the way, was significantly above the first price offered by the successful purchasers). Neil's knowledge of the market, particularly in the Swansea Caves Beach areas, was extremely useful.
