Any person can open a door, move to auction and sell under the hammer, it doesn't mean they are a good agent! We signed for an Auction campaign however, we were not successful on the day. Immediately after John said 'don't worry I will get this done.' Of course we were disappointed and thought that the poor result at the auction would lead to wasted effort and the house coming off the market. John and his team had other thoughts and moved and that's when we saw a professional team come alive. John is supported by a well organised and professional number of team members. All of them actively engaged in and genuinely interested in a successful outcome. That team immediately reviewed the strategy, online marketing, and promotional photos. They met with the digital advertising suppliers, and rebuilt a refreshed campaign. Ultimately their professionalism and persistence hooked a buyer and then they worked to deliver an outcome that we were very happy with.
