We were extremely pleased with Craig's approach from inception to now. We have contacted Craig over year ago, when the times were not matured for us to sell yet. Since then he has not pestered us with follow up emails or phone calls. Craig has a natural, very gentle but sharp approach with people which sets him apart and gives you comfort. He purposely calibrates the words he uses to deliver a very clear and direct message, whilst keeping it very soft and polite. Throughout the experience we felt comfortable having him through our house and we strongly relied upon his opinions and suggestions before, during (with house preparation) and after. Craig went above and beyond his duties and really made us feel comfortable during a very important sale which ended up being stress-free. The final sale was a great success as we achieved our target price. Craig made me change my opinion on real estate agents and we will definitely use Craig and his team for any other sale transaction we will have in the future.
