When we were in the process of purchasing our first home, Cayle was running a lot of the sale inspections for houses we were looking at. As a buyer we found that Cayle was always so friendly (but not “salesy”), knowledgeable (but not in an annoying way), prompt to follow up (but not pushy), and obviously very good at his job! We said to each other at the time that if we ever sell our house then this is the guy we want to work with! 2 years later we moved interstate for work and decided to sell. From the moment we met with Cayle to sell our property we trusted him completely, we were based interstate with a young family and zero spare time - he liaised with our property managers, our tenants, arranged a building and pest, handymen, landscapers and maintenance workers. Kept us up to date with regular communications and handled the negotiations with ease. He couldn’t have made the process more simple for us. We would choose Cayle again in a heartbeat 🙌

We couldn't be happier with Cayle! He (and Hayley) maintained great communication throughout the process, they were always there to help us and answered our questions immediately, even at random times. Cayle's strategy was spot-on in a tricky market, and his execution was even better, helping to secure an unconditional offer within 24 hours of going on the market. He is clearly driven with a great work ethic (e.g. he worked with 10+ parties after the first open homes on a Saturday to work through their offers and eventually finalise the contract for us). I will definitely use Cayle again next time!

Wow, honestly, I don’t know what to say. From start to finish, which was only very quick, Craig was seriously amazing. He was professional, approachable and so organised.
