Craig’s knowledge of the local area is second to none and he has a friendly warm manner and immediately made us as buyers feel relaxed and valued. He was very supportive during the entire purchasing process, with great communication both written and verbal. When it came to choosing an agent to sell my property Cayle was a natural choice as I had seen what a great result he achieved for my partner when he sold his house a few years ago. Initially when my partner chose Cayle I had some reservations as at the time I thought he seemed very young, however he achieved a price substantially higher than where the other agents in the area saw my partners house sitting and the whole process was a smooth and quick one.
